This transformation in the urban streetscape will make a positive contribution to the public domain, consistent with the mixed use zone. The new development, now court approved, will add to the vibrancy of the Coogee area.

Willana has been the lead consultant on a number of Local Studies. We enjoy the process of collaboration with relevant professionals in related field such as Archaeology, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Risk Assessment & Engineering. This is “grass roots” planning that evokes emotion and opportunity into the future.
BELROSE PLANNING PROPOSAL
A 5,322m2 site that will provide a framework that responds intelligently and sensitively to its location and urban context. The urban design outcomes rise to meet the challenges of the local architecture and built fabric whilst preserving the quality that is the identity of place.

Aldi recognise and act upon social obligation to both their customers and wider community. Willana have supported Aldi in the roll out of over 20 stores including their distribution centre.

Distribution / warehouse facilities are the foundation of the supply network and present a single location for vast numbers of stock. Distribution Centres are considered an employment generating use. Our projects, in this market, have extended to Food Distribution Centres and Waste & Resource Management facilities.
Various studies were undertaken by Council to address the long term future of their community Aquatic facility. The Centre now provides formal and informal aquatic pursuits (including a hydrotherapy pool), dry health and fitness activities and social opportunities. Importantly, access is available to people with disabilities and accommodates cultural diversity.
